All persons/ operators / agents wishing to make a booking must carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking by telephone, or by email with Kipepeo (Hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “We” or “Us”), you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors and person under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The trip booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of minimum advance of 50% of the trip cost. The balance 50% of the trip price to be paid 15 days prior to the date of departure.
Bookings made within 15 days of the departure date of your trip will be processed only on receipt of 100% payment.
Your booking will be considered as confirmed only if the above mentioned booking procedure is adhered to.
The trip will be considered confirmed only if there is no default in the above payment procedure. If there is any default in payments on time, Kipepeo has the right to withhold all vouchers pertaining to your holiday or even cancelling your holiday after levying a cancellation charge.
The payment can be made either by cash or electronic bank transfer or cheque drawn in favour of ‘Kipepeo’ . The cheque can be deposited into any branch of Axis Bank by mentioning your name and mobile number behind the cheque or can be couriered to our address below:

Foreign nationals also have the option of paying via PayPal to email@example.com . Those who prefer this mode of payment will have to pay a 4% surcharge above the cost of the trip.
In the event of any cancellation made by you, 20% of your holiday cost shall stand forfeited by Kipepeo. Further cancellation shall be levied as per the cancellation policies of the hotels and transportation services used for your holiday bookings. The remaining amount shall be refunded to you as soon as we receive the same from our suppliers. No refunds will be made for no show, partially utilized or unutilized services.
Kipepeo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if we consider it necessary. In such cases, we shall refund all the money that you have paid.
If cancellation or alteration by Kipepeo is caused by events including war or threat of war, strikes, civil strife, riots, terrorist activities, natural disaster, technical or political difficulties affecting air or ground transport, or events amounting to force majeure, this will naturally limit our liability. If such events occur before the date of departure, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements. If these arrangements are not acceptable, then we will make a refund, after deducting any cancellation charges imposed by any other suppliers providing the service component of the tour, plus an administration fee of Rs.3500/- per person.
Kipepeo shall not be liable in any way to the Client for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss or detriment to person or property, or financial costs both direct and indirect incurred, or for the Company’s failure to commence, perform and/ or complete any duty owed to the Client if such death, delay, bodily injury (including emotional distress or injury), illness, damage or other loss or detriment to person or property is caused by Act of God, war or war like operations, terrorist activities or threat thereof, civil commotions, labour difficulties – whether or not Company is a party thereto, interference by authorities, political disturbance, howsoever and where so ever any of the same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Company.
There will be no discounts or monies refunded for missed or unused services, this includes voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from tour, i.e. sickness, death of a family member etc, late arrival on the tour, or premature departure either voluntarily or involuntarily.
In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with your tour, you must inform both your tour leader and the relevant Kipepeo associate of the shortfall in service immediately. In case of any grievance not being equably settled during your tour, complaints must be made in writing within 15 days of the end of your holiday to our office. Disputes or claims, if any, will be settled only under the jurisdiction of Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra – India.
